These Terms of Use(“Terms“ apply to your access to and use of Gundri.com's website, mobile application and other online products and services provided by Gundri Booking Pvt. Ltd.(“Gundri,“ “we,“ “us“ or “our“). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to accept all these Terms.

1. Eligibility, Registration and Account

A. You represent that you i) are 18 years of age or older, ii) have not been previously suspended/removed or engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal from our services. iii ) will not violate any other agreement.

B. If you are using the Services on behalf of an stays, tours, rentals, ("Property") (i) you represent that you are authorized to bind the property to these Terms, (ii) all references to "you" will refer to you and (iii) such property agrees to be responsible for you and any other user that accesses the Services on its behalf, including for your and their compliance with these Terms.

C. In order to access features of our Services, you will need to register for an account. By registering for an account, you agree to (i) provide accurate and truthful information ii) maintain and update your account information iii) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your account information and password with others.

2. Terms for partners

A. Stays

In addition to these Terms, Stays Partners who use our Services("Stays Partners") to offer rooms and services to other users of our Services("Travelers"), are subject to additional terms. If you use our Services as a Stays Partners, you agree to be bound by the Stays Partners agreement. Click here, to view agreement now.

B. Attractions

In addition to these Terms, Attractions Partners who use our Services("Attractions Partners") to offer package and services to other users of our Services("Travelers"), are subject to additional terms. If you use our Services as a Attractions Partners, you agree to be bound by the Attractions Partners agreement (Agree now: www.gundri.com/attractions-partners-agreement)

C. Vehicles

In addition to these Terms, Vehicles Partners who use our Services("Vehicles Partners") to offer cars and services to other users of our Services("Travelers"), are subject to additional terms. If you use our Services as a Vehicles Partners, you agree to be bound by the Vehicles Partners agreement (Agree now: www.gundri.com/terms-of-use/vehicles-partners-agreement)

If a Partners uses two or more of our Services, are subject to be bound by the many (- Services Partners uses) partners agreement. (Agree now: the multiple Service partners agreement)

The terms of this Section 3 apply when you use the Services as a Travelers.

A. Services for Travelers

The Services for Travelers enable you to interact with our Partners as per your requirements. Services for Travelers may include any one of our Services or multiple Services at a time (- stays reservations, attractions packages, vehicles reservation). When you book a Service, your booking details will be sent to the respective Partners and they will reserve it for you. If you choose to pay at arrival, your payment will be handled by our respective partners. If you choose to pay now, select the payment option and processed further. The amount would be transferred to the respective Partners on your behalf.

Our Services offers tools, resources and a venue to connect you with our Partners. Gundri:

If you encounter any issue during the period of your Service, you can consult with our Partners. That said, if you have any problems with our Partners, please do contact us at team@gundri.com, as we may be able to help to resolve your problem.

B. Our Platform

i) does not employ, recommend or endorse any Partners and has no control over the acts or omissions of any Partners; ii) is not responsible or liable in any manner for the conduct of any Partners online or offline; iii) makes no warranties about the quality of the services provided by a Partners. iv) does not screen Partners or automatically conduct any kind of identity or background checks except stated in these Terms. Since, Gundri does not conduct any screen check of Partners, we recommend Travelers to perform background check of the Partners. All use of all the Services provided by Gundri is at your sole and exclusive risk.

C. Fees

The fees payable while you purchase of any Services( " Fees " ) will be specified for that purchase. All Fees are denominated in U.S. dollars(except as otherwise indicated) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

D. Payment Method

You may only pay Fees using valid payment methods acceptable to us, as specified in our system. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total sum of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and other charges. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is not acceptable to us, your purchase may be incomplete.

E. Taxes

You are responsible for any service, sales and government taxes with respect to your purchase of service. We will provide the taxes charge on the invoice before and after you purchase any service.

F. Refunds

You are responsible for any service, sales and government taxes with respect to your purchase of service. We will provide the taxes charge on the invoice before and after you purchase any service.

G. Errors

In the event of an error in connection with the pricing or charging of the service, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly or cancel the purchase and refund any amount charged. In the event of billing error, Gundri will refund the extra amount charged. To be eligible for such refund, you must provide a notice of any billing error within 100 days from the date of such billing error first appeared.

4. User Interactions Release

You hereby expressly release Gundri from any and all liability, controversies, claims, suits, injuries, loss, harm or damages arising from or related to disputes, dealings, or interactions between you and our Partners.

5.Trademarks

"Gundri", the gundri logo and any other product or service name or slogan contained on our Services are trademarks of Gundri. They many not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior permission of gundri. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, and company names or logos mentioned on our Services are the property of the respective owners (Our Partner). Reference to any services, or other information, by trade name, trademark, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by gundri.

6. Third-Party Content

Our Service may include links to websites or content owned or operated by our Partners as well as other third party content, including advertisements, promotional offers, and social "widgets" (collectively, "Third-Party Content"). Gundri does not own, control or endorse any Third-Party Content and makes no representation or warranties of any kind regarding the Third-Party Content, including, without limitation, regarding its accuracy or completeness. You acknowledge and agree that gundri is not responsible or liable in any manner for any Third-Party Content and undertakes no responsibility to update or review any Third-Party Content. You access and use such Third-Party Content at your sole risk. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy as well as data andcookies gathering practices, of any site or services to which you navigate from our Services.

7. User Interactive Areas

A. Our Service include interactive areas and features ("Comment Sections") that allows you to post, share or store any message and texts(collectively, "User Content"). In the event you decide to publish User Content in Comment Sections, you understand that this User Content will be viewable by others. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for use of any Comment Sections.

B. You will not publish following: i. User Content that is unlawful, false, misleading harassing, threatening, abusive, misleading or objectionable; ii. User Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party; iii. User Content that contains or depicts any statements, remarks or claims that do not reflect your honest views and experiences; iv. User Content that contains personal information about any person, including, without limitation, names, addresses, email address or credit card information without that person’s permission; v. User Content that contains unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations; (vi) User Content that contains viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or content; and

C. Gundri will review your User Content and filter it if it violate our Terms.

8. Rights to User Content

All the rights of the User Content is reserved with the respective publisher.

9. Acceptable Use of Our Services

Your use of our Services will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right and you are solely responsible for your conduct while on our Services. You will not: i) Use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from the user; ii) Use any robot, iframe, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by gundri to access our Services, including, without limitation, for the purpose of copying, extracting, aggregating, displaying, publishing or distributing any content or data made available on our Services.

10. Disclaimers

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for direct damages due to an errors in our Services. We do not control or take responsibility for any third-party content available on or linked to our Services, including User Content. Our Services are provided to make your travel hassle free by introducing all travel related Services in same platform. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant Partners is solely responsible and assumes all responsibility and liability in respect of the purchase (including any warranties and representations made by the Partners). Gundri.com is not a (re)seller of the service of our Partners. Complaints or claims in respect of the service price, policy or specific requests made by Travelers are to be dealt with by the Partners.Gundri.com is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in respect of such complaints and claims.
